Please write your order number on the shipping box clearly and ship with your order confirmation inside the box.
You can use any shipping carrier of your choice but we highly recommend you use one with tracking information. Insurance is also recommended.
You just need to ship us the massager. No accessories. Use a box and enough padding to protect the massager.
Once we have received your massager, we will inspect and service/repair your unit and ship back your massager to you by standard shipping service (1-5 business days). Please select FREE GROUND for this. Otherwise you can select expedited shipping if you want it shipped faster.
This service is only available for US customers. Taxes may apply depending on your state.
All parts used are original factory parts and will have a 180 day warranty. There maybe exterior cosmetic blemishes due to the repair work. The color may be different depending on availability of parts.
Service/repair may take up to 5 business days after we have received your unit.
If there is an issue with your massager that is outside of the scope of our service/repair protocol, you will be contacted before we work on it.
At our sole discretion, we can elect to not service/repair your massager if there is a safety issue.
