Clearly write your order number on the outside of the box.

Include your order confirmation inside the box.

Ship only the massager (no accessories, attachments, or chargers).

Use a sturdy box with ample padding to prevent damage in transit.

You may use any shipping carrier, but we strongly recommend using one with tracking and insurance.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your massager:

Our team will inspect, service, or repair your unit.

We will ship it back to you via standard shipping (1–5 business days).

You may select expedited shipping if you'd like faster return delivery at additional cost.
