This "legs up the wall" pose brings blood flow back down into your lungs, into your brain and into your heart. Its' an excellent pose for tired legs and also helpful for low back and sciatica pain.

After a traumatic car accident Dani turned towards therapeutic yoga to treat her lower back and sciatic pain that had plagued her for over ten years. She wanted to share the benefits she experienced with yoga and took her first training session and became a yoga instructor in 2003.
Dani currently works as a certified yoga therapist specializing in yoga for chronic pain and teaches in the Los Angeles area. She is also the creator of a 25 hour teacher training called The Therapeutic Experience, which helps other teachers learn about safe sequencing, injury management and anatomy of the body.
Dani has always had a passion for teaching and loves being part of her student’s journey towards healing, self-discovery and life changing transformations. Dani is part of the PUREWAVE™ family helping people heal through the practice of yoga combined with percussion massage therapy.
